A journey through your chakras through 8 Soulsessions + 1 bonus transformation session

Starting March 3, we will take a 18-week journey through our chakras. The result of these 9 Soulsessions is a shift in your entire consciousness: it not only brings your chakras into balance, but also increases your frequency which in turn strengthens your intuitive abilities. You gain insight into yourself and your true potential on a deeper level because you learn to listen to the voice of your soul. You activate your connection to the energy from the earth and the universe which expands your consciousness and will ground the light of your soul in your body.

Due to the structure of the sessions and the personal growth that the participants will go through, this expedition cannot be followed in single Soulsessions. An exploration into your self

This Soulsession Expedition consists of 8-10 Soulsessions, in which we will work with balancing your energy field, raising your frequency, transforming fear, healing (unconscious) pain, stimulating decisiveness and the theme of abundance.

Because I believe it is important for as many people as possible to be able to use the energy and insights from the Soulsessions, I have decided to offer all Soulsessions from the previous series for free . Soulsessions: a deep conversation with your self

Through the Soulsessions, you will learn to support and guide yourself during this special time of change. The sessions consist of powerful guided meditations/visualizations and contain the following components:

  • the cleansing and balancing of your own energy system (especially in this period of time of great importance for highly sensitive people who absorb a lot of negative energy and fear from others).
  • in-depth insights into relevant themes that also have a healing effect on your self-healing capacity. Each Soulsession will feature a different theme.

In order to make the best use of the powerful meditations/visualizations, it is important to write down the experiences gained and, where possible, translate them into concrete insights. Here it is good to realize that your rational brain can only grasp some of the experiences, but your energy system knows how to integrate them in the right way.

Live participation – access to previous Soulsessions

The live Soulsessions can be attended online (via Zoom) and take approximately 2.5 hours (depending on time required for sharing experiences). Afterwards you will receive unlimited access to the audio files of this Soulsession.
When participating in a live Soulsession you not only make use of the energy at that moment, but you also have the opportunity to share your experiences (both during the session itself as well as via email afterwards). I will support you where needed to translate your experiences into meaningful insights. I do this by tuning into your energy and ‘read‘ with you.
Is participation in the Live Soulsessions or Live Soulsession Expedition not convenient for that specific moment? Or do you prefer to listen to the guided meditations/visualizations in your own time? No problem, you can always listen to the audio files of previous sessions from the Soulsession Expeditions you signed up for.
