In March I will start a new series of Soulsessions. In this series we will make a journey through our chakras. Joining this series of 8 Soulsessions + 1 Bonus Soulsession will not only balance your chakras, but it will also strengthen your intuitive abilities. Due to the structure of the sessions and the personal growth that the participants will go through, this expedition cannot be followed in single Soulsessions. In addition, there is a maximum of 8 participants in order to give adequate attention and support during this journey.

What do you need to take full advantage of a Soulsession?

  • Make sure you cannot be disturbed during the session.
  • Have a seat in anice chair where yourfeet can be firmly placed on the ground. You can also use a blanket to keep you warm.
  • In addition, you will need a notepad to write down your experiences/insights.

What does a Soulsession consist of?

The Soulsessions consist of powerful and specialized guided meditations where you learn to ‘read‘ yourself. Each guided meditation consist of the following elements:

  • the cleansing and balancing of your own energy system (especially in this period of time of great importance for highly sensitive people who absorb a lot of negative energy and fear from others).
  • in-depth insights into relevant themes that also have a healing effect on your self-healing capacity.

Each Soulsession will deal with a different theme. Each Soulsession will feature a different theme. This theme will respond to current events and possible needs/questions from participants.
